Orders are shipping, but some products are delayed In accordance with the latest COVID-19 health & safety guidelines, our factories have implemented steps to reorganize their facilities and ensure proper social distancing between employees. As a result, this may delay the production and delivery of some products (while most products are shipping on schedule with little or no delays).
Most products are shipping in 5-10 business days after the order has been placed (in which case you should expect delivery of your blinds within 2-3 weeks from date of order). Some products have longer, temporary delays. Please check the Shipping & Production tab at the bottom of each product page for current estimated production times.
You may also view the status of your order at any time by clicking on View Order Status.
We are updating these production times daily as the situation evolves (in most cases, production times continue to improve every week). As always, we’ll provide tracking information for your order once it has shipped.
We’re following recommended health protocols We are committed to protecting the health and safety of our customers, employees and the broader communities across Canada. Select Blinds Canada’s business and customer service team members are currently working remotely from home as part of the social distancing measure.
And we are working tirelessly to ensure that your window blinds are manufactured and delivered to you in the safest way possible, based on the recommendations established by agencies including WHO, the Public Health Agency of Canada, the CDC and federal & local governments.
We will continue to update you as the situation changes. We hope that we can be a small comfort (and break from the news) during these challenging times.
Thanks for your patience and support. We truly appreciate your business, now more than ever.
Select Blinds Canada offers free delivery across Canada via couriers including Purolator, FedEx, UPS, Midland and others.

Due to new Canadian regulations for enhanced child safety, any window coverings with reachable cords longer than 22 cms (or a 44 cm loop) when pulled with a certain force are no longer allowed to be sold in Canada. This option is therefore no longer available, as there are cords that are longer than the new requirements. Note that these new regulations apply to all window coverings from all manufacturers and retailers, regardless of whether the window coverings are manufactured in Canada or imported into Canada from any other country. Read more about the new regulations here.
