I got the double blinds with the Alabaster 1%. It gives us plenty of light, with complete privacy during the day and no glare on our screens. I'm not sure the second blind was necessary but we'll use it when we go on holiday. I was able to find the instructions without much bother. I used my own wall plugs but it was nice to see they included some

Good motorize blind

We are very happy with this motorized blind. We have second story window that is too high for a conventional window covering and this black-out motorized blind is perfect for keeping out the blazing afternoon sunlight. The blind module is subtle and almost silently glides up and down with the remote control. I will need to figure out a charging solution, as bringing in my extension ladder every 6 months to charge it probably isn't sustainable. This blind was on sale and the price was better than foreign competitors (Amazon/Ali-express). Ordering the blind was straight forward and provided lots of customization options. Delivery was fast. The installation was simple. The remote control manual could be rewritten with more detail and better English grammar, but it was adequate.

Ordered different type of blinds for different type of windows (five in total). Ordering was easy, delivery was on time and the blinds fit perfectly to my windows. Did not have the occasion to talk to Customer Service because everything was fine as delivered.

We live in a passive solar home and needed a window treatment to insulate the windows at night. After extensive research we went with 21 cellular blinds. The customer chat service here was personal and helpful. The turn-around time was fast. The blinds arrived in exceptional packaging and I was able to install the blinds myself with ease. On issue was that I measured one window incorrectly. Had to re-order. But 1 out of 21 ain't bad. (We measured twice for all the windows except that one window which was in an awkward spot so my bad on that issue. Tonight we tested the effect of the blinds overnight and they were surprisingly effective in retaining heat overnight. Happy with my purchase.
