
As a Canadian owned and operated company, Select Blinds Canada offers door-to-door delivery everywhere in Canada. Unless stated otherwise on our site, please expect to receive your blind(s) within approximately 2-3 weeks after the day you order them*.
COVID-19 Update: In accordance with the latest COVID-19 health & safety guidelines, our factories have implemented steps to reorganize their facilities and ensure proper social distancing between employees. As a result, this may delay the production and delivery of some products (while most products are shipping on schedule with little or no delays). Most products are still shipping in 5-10 business days after the order has been placed. Some products have longer, temporary delays. Please check the Shipping & Production tab at the bottom of each product page for current estimated production times.

Shipping is FREE to all areas in Canada for all blinds under 94”, wherever shipping by land is available.
A one-time oversize charge of $85 applies to all orders with one or more products with a width or length of 94" or more. If it is not possible to ship to your location by land, you will be advised of the shipping cost before your order is shipped.

IMPORTANT
As soon as you receive your window coverings, please inspect them and notify us immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them. If you notify us that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 7 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, we will have the damaged merchandise replaced at no cost to you. If you do not notify us that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during this 7 day period, we will only replace at cost to you. All damaged shipments must be signed for as damaged.
*Please note that it may take longer than 3 weeks for delivery of oversized blinds (>90” wide) or shipments to rural or remote locations – delivery in these cases may take an additional 1-3 weeks. Custom shutters typically ship within 4 weeks after the order has been placed.
