Order Changes and Cancelations
We will do everything we can to help you with any changes to your order. We send your order directly to the manufacturer to ensure prompt production and delivery of your blinds. Most orders may be changed within the first 24 hours for no additional fees, however certain items instantly go into production and may incur a fee to change. All changes and cancellations must be done via phone.
To make sure that any order placed by phone is accurate, customers are required to verify their orders via the e-mail order confirmation which will be sent to you by Select Blinds Canada. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is only valid for phone orders that have in fact been verified by the customer. You should contact Select Blinds Canada if for any reason you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail so that we can resend.

Colour DisclaimerChoosing the right colour is key to ensuring your window blinds perfectly complement your room décor. That is why we always recommend ordering samples so that you can see the actual colour – samples are free and the best way to find the perfect colour and texture match.
Note that product colours can appear very different depending on the monitor/screen and device you are using, so it is important to order free samples. If you are not happy with the colour of your blinds for whatever reason (provided that you had received samples of that colour), we will remake your blinds with your new colour selection for free.
Also, we strongly recommend that when ordering more than one blind or shade of the same colour, that you order all of the blinds at one time to make sure they are manufactured from the same lot, so that the dye/colour/grain is exactly the same for all of the blinds.
