Great Blinds

I ordered 2 sets of 3% SheerWeave Super Value Solar Roller Shades for west-facing windows. They are very long (94 inches) and quite wide as well (64 inches). I added the headrail cassette. Mounting was super-easy, especially with the cassette. 3 clips and you're done. Make sure everything lines up as the clips are an EXACT fit to the cassette. There is still some sunlight getting through (the 3%, I assume). The heat reduction is good. Yes, you can see thru these blinds, so do not expect "privacy" from these. Make sure the blind is fully wound-up on the roller (and the chain is fully "up" before clipping the cassette into the clips, as you cannot flip the last turn or two of the blind onto the roller once the blinds are installed. I had to take them back down and partially disassemble the cassette to get the blind rolled fully up. It was my fault, really, as I did not notice the blind had unrolled one turn without the chain actually moving.

Cabin windows

Ordered cellular shades for 12 windows in our cabin. No errors were made on any of the shades and install was simple. The shades all look great. I ordered the most economical option based on the seasonal use and quantity of windows. They pull down and push up easily but do get a bit skewed off horizontal if not pulled down in the centre or evenly. However they are easy to adjust.
