At Select Blinds Canada, we want to ensure that each and every one of our customers is completely satisfied, and we back this commitment with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of your window coverings, simply let us know within 30 days from the time you receive your order, and we’ll do everything possible to make it right. And if you aren’t fully satisfied, we’ll promptly refund you with a merchandise credit to be used on any other blinds of your choice.
Perfect Fit Guarantee
All of our window coverings* are guaranteed to fit – no matter what. We have made measuring easy for you with our step-by-step measuring instructions. We also have Professional Measuring & Installation services available.
However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you made any errors with your measurements, we will help you re-measure and will remake your blinds for free.
How to Submit a Claim:
In order to submit your claim, simply contact our Customer Service team at (888) 685-1735 within 30 days of receiving your blinds. If replacement blinds are necessary, the same product in the same colour will be remade. In the unlikely event that there is a price difference between the old and new blinds due to the size change, we will only charge you the difference. As all blinds are custom made, this guarantee does not allow for cash refunds. This guarantee covers up to 6 blinds/shades per household**.
The original blinds must be returned to Select Blinds Canada before the new ones are shipped to the customer. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Colour Match Guarantee
Choosing the right colour is key to ensure your window blinds perfectly complement your room décor. That is why we always recommend ordering samples so that you can see the actual colour – samples are free and the best way to find the perfect colour and texture match.
If you are not happy with the colour of your blinds for whatever reason (provided that you had received samples of that colour), we will remake your blinds with your new colour selection for free. Note that some colours change the product’s price, so if your new colour selection increases the price, we will only charge you for the price difference.
