All around excellent. I ordered and installed 10 Zebra blinds. Easy to order, great shipping, easy to install with super instructions. If I were to do it again I would order more electric ones. They were very well packaged for shipping!

Ordered three blinds of different sizes. They were made and shipped within a month and were delivered to my door. Product was packed really well, and installation doesn't get any easier. I had an issue with one of the blinds not holding up tight. So I emailed customer service to see if that was a defect, or if it is what it is. With a few pictures, and no asking they said they would remake and ship a replacement blind. Again, within the month. So I would like to thank Debbi for the email conversation and care she took to make sure I was happy with the product. I couldn't be more happy. Above and beyond customer service, excellent website for ordering and timely and well packed shipping service. I would give 10 stars if it was possible.

Bought 6 blinds. One was not properly assembled,... I fixed it. I had issues with programming blinds as mo instructions included. Called and they were helpful but had to reprogram the unit to work.

These blinds were easy to order, delivered quickly, and I installed all 5 in less than an hour. They look great (a nice warm and cozy colour - perfect for winter) and are really good quality. I got a great deal by waiting for a sale. I'm likely to order a lighter and more transparent set for summer use at some future time.
