The new blind I ordered for the kitchen came in quickly and right on time. the colour I wanted to match the other blinds was not available, but the colour samples I received helped me pick out a colour that is perfect for the kitchen Around the same time, one of the blinds I had purchased 6 years ago had fallen and one of the ends that controls the rolling of the blind had broken. I contacted customer service, but the warranty was not valid (i sort of knew that) - but they were extremely helpful and asked me to take a photo of the broken part, which I sent to them - and they replaced the broken part at no charge (even though I had offered to pay for the part). Tht is true customer service - and a company standing behind their products.

My experience with your company - ordering, shipping was very easy. However when I put the blinds that I ordered up I was disappointed with the width. The blinds were ordered so they would fit inside a window frame. I measured the window at 12 5/8" and the blinds arrived at 12". so there is 5/8" / 2 on either side of the blinds. They are not tight enough to the edges. I have more blinds to order however I can't run the risk of having the same thing happen to the rest of my windows. They look like they are not wide enough.
