All of our window coverings* are guaranteed to fit – no matter what.
We have made measuring easy for you with our step-by-step measuring instructions. We also have Professional Measuring & Installation services available should you wish.
However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you made any errors with your measurements, we will help you re-measure and will remake your blinds for free.
How to Submit a Claim:
In order to submit your claim, simply contact our Customer Service team at (888) 685-1735 within 30 days of receiving your blinds. If replacement blinds are necessary, the same product in the same colour will be remade. In the unlikely event that there is a price difference between the old and new blinds due to the size change, we will only charge you the difference. As all blinds are custom made, this guarantee does not allow for cash refunds. This guarantee covers up to 6 blinds/shades per household**.
Shipping:
The original blinds must be returned to Select Blinds Canada before the new ones are shipped to the customer. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
*Offer available on all blinds & shades. Excludes commercial, dealer and bulk orders. For any blinds over 94", the customer is responsible for paying the $85 oversize shipping charge.
**Please note, if any order with over 6 blinds must be remade, we will remake the 6 least expensive blinds or shades at NO charge.
