How to Submit a Claim
In order to submit your claim, simply contact our F.I.T. team within 15 days of receiving your product and our team will exchange the window covering. If replacement blinds/shades are necessary, the same product in the same colour will be remade. In the unlikely event that there is a price difference between the old and new blind/shade we simply ask that you pay the difference in price. This guarantee covers up to 6 blinds/shades per household*. This guarantee does not allow cash refunds.
*Please note, if any order with over 6 blinds must be remade, we will remake the 6 least expensive blinds or shades at NO charge.

The original blinds must be returned to SelectBlinds before the new blinds are shipped to the customer. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
*** Please note that for any blinds over 94", the customer is responsible for paying the $85 oversize shipping charge.
