We installed our blinds a few days after receiving them, and they were very easy to install and fit perfectly. We are extremely happy with the look of the blinds and saved over $200 from the lowest bid we had received.
I liked the confirmation process you use when ordering, the 1 day delay in case you've made a mistake on measuring and need to correct your order, and the e-mail advising when the order has been shipped. Our order was shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday, so it was quick considering it happened during the Christmas rush, and the package was received in perfect shape.
All in all, it's been a great experience, and I will be ordering some other blinds in the near future. I've also passed on the information to several people who want to purchase cellular blinds for their home.
