
Perfect Fit Guarantee
All of our window coverings* are guaranteed to fit – no matter what. We have made measuring easy for you with our step-by-step measuring instructions. We also have Professional Measuring & Installation services available.
However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you made any errors with your measurements, we will help you re-measure and will remake your blinds for free.
How to Submit a Claim:
In order to submit your claim, simply contact our Customer Service team at (888) 685-1735 within 30 days of receiving your blinds. If replacement blinds are necessary, the same product in the same colour will be remade. In the unlikely event that there is a price difference between the old and new blinds due to the size change, we will only charge you the difference. As all blinds are custom made, this guarantee does not allow for cash refunds. This guarantee covers up to 6 blinds/shades per household**.
In order to qualify for the Perfect Fit Guarantee, the original mis-measured blinds need to be donated to a registered charity, with a copy of the donation receipt provided to Select Blinds Canada. Note that in certain rare cases (e.g. high value motorized blinds), we may require the original blinds be returned to Select Blinds Canada. Please contact Customer Service before donating any product.
Note that we will do our best to match the Perfect Fit replacement to the same product and colour as the original window covering, but colours may vary and we cannot guarantee an exact match to the original window covering, or to other window coverings on your order not needing a Perfect Fit replacement (even if they are near the same window). If the product or operating system has been discontinued, we will provide a Perfect Fit replacement in the most similar alternative product available at the time of replacement.
