Purchased 2 blinds, 2 sizes. Used the no drill option on both install really goes better with two people but we were successful

Blinds arrived exactly as ordered, were easy to install, and look fantastic. We had a minor issue with one blind and it was resolved instantly with customer service. We ordered 5 blinds for our main floor, and will be ordering again to finish our whole home. The colour selection was key, and did not disappoint, and we’re very happy with our purchase. I highly recommend this company and product.

Great blinds

Good quality.

I ordered three of these blinds for my bedroom bay window. The ordering process was easy to follow, with clear indications of where to insert measurements, blind type, colour, etc. The order arrived well packed and everything was ready to be installed. I went with the No Tool headrail which was a breeze to install. The first thing I noticed about the blinds is that they feel substantial, and well made. I am quite pleased with how they look and would definitely order more blinds for other rooms in the future.

My first blind did not fit properly, however, Debbi with Customer Service helped me navigate the return and new order process with ease. I now have a blind that I am very happy with, both in appearance and fit. I would recommend their products.

I was told they would be a Canadian product when talking to the Montreal office, but they were sent from San Diego. Very disappointed on the lack of transparency. For some strange reason I am in a Buy Canadian mood. The clear plastic tiedowns are useless I had to buy some metal ones on Amazon. They should up their game and provide more robust tie downs. I took off three stars because of the above. Product appears good, the wife is happy with the blinds which is the most important issue.

For example, Canadian manufacturers are not as strong with cellular shades which is why some of our cellular shades come from top factories in Mexico (while they cross through the US in transit from Mexico to Canada, they are in fact made in Mexico, not the US).
