Troubleshooting for Honeycomb / Cellular Shades Menu

To easily level the bottom rail, grab the bottom rail with both hands near the center. For shades with cord-locks, slightly tug on the bottom rail to engage the cord-lock. Then, pull down on the short side until the bottom rail is parallel to the ground.

NOTE: Omni-rise bottom rails should not be pulled down.
