Remote Control Blinds!
Yes, we offer battery operated tilting, which allows you to open and close your blinds from up to 50 feet away. The motorization concealed in the headrail tilts the blinds, but does not lift or lower them. There is no limit to the number of grouped blinds you can tilt using a three channel remote control, as long as they are no more than 50 feet away. You can also tilt three blinds individually or us the "select all" function to tilt all of your blinds at the same time.
There are no costly assembly and installation hassles, because the system is powered by lithium batteries. Lithium batteries have a particularly long life, so you get a virtually maintenance-free blind. When the blind is fully closed, the motor shuts off, protecting itself from accidental damage. The kit includes the remote control, the motor, the satellite eye, the battery cartridge and even the battery. You need just a single remote, even if you want more than one set of motorized blinds. The remote is a handy size, no more than 5 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide. The remote can be adjusted to throw a narrow beam at a single shade or a much wider beam to operate multiple shades at once.
Motorization is not just a handy way to adjust to changing light conditions without having to get up. It is particularly helpful for people who find it physically challenging to reach their blinds. It is also ideal for hard-to-reach blinds, as well as for large rooms with many windows to cover and for home theatres.
