What is covered: All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.
Who is covered: This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser
What is not covered: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse or misuse or improper installation. All materials can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastics tend to crack. All cords will eventually wear out. We consider these things normal wear and tear not covered by this warranty. Colours may vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match sample swatches or previous purchases.
For How Long: This warranty coverage will be for as long as you, the original buyer, owns the products. Any implied warranties which you may have are in duration to the time during which you, as the original buyer, own our products. Please note that PowerVue motors and components are limited to a 5 year warranty.
What We Will Do: If your product is defective during the warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace, without charge, that defective product. This shall be your sole remedy under this warranty.
No Liability for Incidental or Consequential Damages: Our warranty provides for defective products to be repaired or replaced. All transportation costs will be the responsibility of the buyer except where product arrives damaged due to shipping.
How to get Service: To obtain service under this warranty, return your products along with the original sales receipt to the dealer from which it was purchased. You will be responsible for transporting the product to and from the dealer. Please contact Customer Service before returning any product.
|Your service is above and beyond what I expected. My initial order was received via Canada Post with the package damaged and one blind severely bent. I reordered that blind plus one other I had forgotten to initially order. After talking with your Customer service representatives I was sent a new blind at no charge for the one damaged by Canada post. Your service is one of the best I have encountered, both in quality of goods and customer service. My appreciation to all your staff especially those in Customer Service. |I had a set of blinds that needed repair or replacement that I purchased over 1 year ago. When I received my original order more than a year ago it was not exactly what I ordered but fit nonetheless. I did not call/email to complain as I was very impressed with all of the blinds I ordered. About two weeks ago a string seared off the blinds in question and that is when I contacted Select Blinds. I told customer service of the dilemma including the mistake on the original order. You were extremely friendly and helpful and were able to rectify the problem in a few days and advised me that a replacement blind would be shipped in a couple of weeks. I honestly don’t think you get customer service like that anywhere! The lifetime warranty and no hassle return/replacement is truly second to none! |I was shopping around for blinds, not sure what to get and didn't want to spend too much as some stores were suggesting. I have ordered honeycomb blinds for our patio door from you, luckly the top down/bottom up option was free that weekend which saved me additional cost. The blinds came 3 weeks after, very easy to put up. I am very happy with the way they look and how conveniant they are. I haven't had any problems with them, but with the lifetime warranty, I am sure that you will help me in any way possible if something occures in future.
