|I received my order today, and 16 of the 17 blinds are the wrong colour! I ordered "Mahogany Stained" which is a shade of brown that matches nearly all of the wood tones in my new house, and the entire order was filled as "Mahogany" which is a deep reddish/purple shade, and a completely different colour. I have filled out the online comment form and am awaiting a return call to see what type of resolution this company will offer. I will return soon with the followup comments of how they handle the resolution.|

I contacted Select Blinds Canada, and after some investigation, they agreed to redo the entire order and upgrade my order as compensation for the mix-up. Both the customer service rep, and the customer service manager contacted me personally to sort out the matter, and they were very thorough and professional about the entire ordeal. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's how you deal with the mistakes that matters, and after seeing how they handled everything, I have and will continue to recommend this company to anyone.

|I happened upon the website by accident and ended up getting amazing blinds for more than half off the price of locally purchased blinds. The tutorials on the site were very easy to follow and doing business with this company was a pleasure. |We bought a set of blinds, 7, in different sizes 3 years ago. We put them up, and , well they were blinds. Two looked very nice, and worked well, and still do. The others were heavy, with the large one very hard to lift. Over the years, we left it down, just opening and closing the slats. Recently, to clean the windows, up comes the blind, and something breaks, sending it crashing down. Tied it together in the up position, and left it. |
About a week later I called select, and talked to Grace about this. Back and forth a few times, some pictures, and lo and behold the builder of these blinds had gone out of business.
Select Blinds Canada, and Grace put together a package of better blinds, and replaced 4 of the blinds that were of the same kind. We did a color change, and upgraded one step, to the tune of 30 some odd dollars.
I just received the blinds and installed them. The difference in the blinds is amazing. These fit perfectly, work like they should, are not heavy at all, and matched to a T.
