We were happy with the whole process. The ordering was easy, we were leaving for Mexico and I had requested a different ship date and it all went so smooth. We got the blinds and I think the first one was up in less than 10 minutes, no kidding. We will be ordering more for other windows and I have friends asking about them. Great product. No complaints.

I ordered a rather large 1% SheerWeave Solar Roller shade (in Mocha) for my sliding patio door and covered two windows with 2-1/2" Premium Faux Wood blinds (in Mahagony) for my living room and dining room windows (which happen to be an odd size). Ordering was very simple. And even though I ordered only a few days before Christmas, my window coverings arrived on time. Installation was fairly simple and they all look amazing!
