How to measure for installation of two separate roller shades in the same window

Sometimes windows are too large to install one individual roller shade. In order to install two separate shades in the same window sill follow these easy steps:

1. Measure the window. Make sure you take measurements of the window in 3 locations, top, middle and bottom, just like we outline in our measuring instructions.



2. In order to get the proper fit for the 2 separate shades in one window, you will need to make slight deductions in the measurements that you provide. Please make a deduction of 1/8 of an inch on each of the two blinds to ensure a proper fit.



3. Specify inside mount when ordering the blinds, shades and shutters.

1. Measure the window. Make sure you take measurements of the window in 3 locations, top, middle and bottom, just like we outline in our measuring instructions.



2. In order to get the proper fit for the 3 separate shades in one window, you will need to make slight deductions in the measurements that you provide. Do not make any deductions to the middle blind. As for the left and right blinds, you must take off 1/8 of an inch from each blind in order to ensure the blind will fit properly.



3. Specify inside mount when ordering the blinds, shades and shutters.
