I decided to go with the Designer Series 2 1/2" Stained Wood Blinds in the living area and the 2" Painted Faux Wood Blinds in the bedrooms, all with the routeless no-holes option. Every aspect of this experience, from the ordering process, the free delivery, the packaging and the customer service, right down to the quality and construction of the product, was A+. Having destroyed a small part while installing my blinds, I called Select to purchase a replacement. The telephone rep was very pleasant, and she arranged to ship out the item, no charge.
