I had a great first time experience. The samples really take the guess work out of on-line shopping. The ordering process, delivery process and the after purchase follow up works VERY well. The blinds installed very easily and we have had them up now for 3 weeks or so and they look great and work as blinds should! I would DEFINITELY shop here again! |

I was not sure I could get blinds without going through a showroom and touching.Since it was for the basement I decided to go for it.
They really look great with just the right amount of light while providing privacy.
Cordless gives a seamless finish with no hole to distract from the look or cords hanging. |

I think the price for custom made was excellent but the quality of the metal bar at the top and the valance on venetians could have been a notch up, other than that good. |

These blinds are wonderful to look at and easy to install. When compared to imported blinds [ made in China ] you realize that, yes you did make the right decision, I have to change more windows in my house and will be purchasing more new blinds from select blinds. |

I had several blind companies come to my home to suggest, show samples, give estimates. No one even showed me the 2 1/2 " style. I chose them through selectblindscanada after reviewing all the varieties of blinds and talking with the customer service. All were very helpful, and I love them !!! |

Very good selection to choose from. Support was great...they provide online support which I utilized and found them to be very informative...answered all my questions. If there was anything negative to say about the support, I would have to say the response time for online chat questions was relatively slow, but my guess is that the individual I was speaking with was probably answering other questions being asked of her online from other customers, meaning she was busy. If she (they, the co.) was busy then that means they are doing business, if your doing business, then you have a good product.
Excellent/efficient service...Select Blinds kept in touch with me via email confirming my order, letting me know when my product was delivered, and provided speedy service. Their ad states to allow 3 weeks for delivery. The woman I was speaking to said she would see what she could do to get my blinds to me faster. I placed my order on Dec 12 and received my blinds on Dec 22.
Price was right...Select blinds provided up to 40% off on my blinds. Saved me about $250-$300 going retail and even more going through independent dealers.
I'm extremely happy with the blinds I received and would recommend Select Blinds to anyone who is thinking about purchasing blinds. Thank You very much Select Blinds...you guys are awesome! |

| I can't stop admiring my new blinds.
I decided to go with the Designer Series 2 1/2" Stained Wood Blinds in the living area and the 2" Painted Faux Wood Blinds in the bedrooms, all with the routeless no-holes option. Every aspect of this experience, from the ordering process, the free delivery, the packaging and the customer service, right down to the quality and construction of the product, was A+. Having destroyed a small part while installing my blinds, I called Select to purchase a replacement. The telephone rep was very pleasant, and she arranged to ship out the item, no charge. I would recommend Select Blinds to anyone who is considering installing a quality product at a great price. I can't stop admiring my new blinds. |
