I have nothing but good things to say about Select Blinds Canada. I priced out similar blinds locally and found them to be at least twice the price and samples were very hard to get. I ordered quite a few samples from Select Blinds which came very quickly, customer service was really great and the website is set up so well that anyone can figure out how to order blinds and which options to get. I would highly recommend them (and do) to anyone looking for window coverings. The cellular honeycomb blackout blinds I received look just as well made as any of the top brand name ones. |

In the same week, I made an online purchase for Select Blinds and ToyRUs. The difference was astounding. ToysRUs sent the wrong toy, via a courier that only tried once to find me at home and then left the (wrong) toy across town - almost as far away as driving to the store. AND they didn't rebate their shipping fee even though they sent the wrong toy! Enough about ToysRUs - the point is that Select Blinds showed me that, indeed, online purchasing can be easy and accurate and professional. The staff called me back when I had a question, their courier has a clue that sometimes people leaves their homes, and the blinds were perfect and super easy to install. The only issues -- they smell a bit, so I would have liked advance warning about that so I could install on an open-window day. |

I had two issues with my 3 1/2" Verticals, the original manufacturer did not send me faux wood blinds; 1) I measured my patio door incorrectly and got the wrong size, 2) the original blinds that were sent to me were PVC and not faux wood. Ann Valiquet from customer service worked professionally and quickly with me on both issues and I ultimately received exactly what I needed, very quickly. I would definitely purchase from Select Blinds again and again and am enjoying the lifetime warranty and product. |
