To start, I ordered a sample to ensure that I was going to get the correct colour and it arrived within days. The instructions on how to measure the window frame were very clear and when the blinds arrived, they fit perfectly.
These blinds are top notch! I got the 2 inch aluminum blinds in silver. The quality is impressive, the price was very reasonable and I love that I was able to order them online and have them delivered to my door. They were very easy to install and they look like I payed way more for them.
The staff were very helpful in every step of the process and I love that they sent a follow up email to check with me to make sure I liked the blinds and everything turned out okay. You don't see that king of customer service anywhere else!

My wife and I are very happy with our order. Having just moved into a newly built house, having to buy blinds for the entire house was daunting. Ordering all of our blinds through Select Blinds Canada meant we didn't have to spend a fortune to get quality blinds that look great. Measuring the windows, ordering, and installing the blinds was also very easy to do yourself. |

Can't say anything bad about my experience, the instructions right from the start were easy and clear to follow, from how to measure, ordering receiving (in record time I might add-3 weeks from ordering to my living room, this is unheard of when you live in the Yukon) right down to installation, which a child could do. Our blinds are good value and I really like the colour, and your customer service was great, but it is difficult to understand the instructions on how to make them hang evenly, specifically the cordless blinds. they are still uneven and this is my main complaint. |

The blinds are fabulous. Our measurement is about 1/2 inch off on the blind for the deck door and we need to get velcror to secure it to the bottom of the door so it doesn't bounce around. I really wish I didn't order brown but was experimenting and like to be different. |

These blinds are a beautiful addition to our home! They were easy to install and we love the top down, bottom up feature. The only problem we had is that we ordered them in Nov and it turned out they were out of the materials needed so we didn't actually get them until the end of Dec. But they were worth the wait. |

When I installed the blinds, we still had a window open overnight and didn't really try raising and lowering one blind for a few weeks. Eventually, when the weather turned, we started to use this last blind and found it didn't retract nearly as well as the other two. When I received a survey, I responded with my issue, and within a few days I was exchanging emails and shortly after informed the problem blind would be replaced at no cost. I was even told I didn't need to return the problem unit. I'm really IMPRESSED!!! |

We bought our blinds for some of the windows in our new house - we liked them so much we did a second order for some of the other windows. Very easy to install & look great. Getting some of the sample blinds in different colours allowed to match the window frame colour exactly. |
