We are so happy with our blinds. When one of the cords on our old blinds gave out we bought a new set, higher quality! We couldn’t be happier! They go up and down even smoother than are last set!

Great blinds and great support

I bought several blinds at once, six in total. I could finally replace the sheets I was using on the windows until I could afford proper coverage. I carefully measured and everything fit great. Only issues was when the packages were delivery. While in transit, the top of one package was compromised with a chunk ripped out. It turned out the end cap on that blind was also knocked off otherwise the blind was OK. I emailed a picture of the package as it came and the damage and asked if they might send me the end caps so I could fix it. They sent a replacement blind instead which was very kind of them. In. I have a few more blinds to purchase for the place as I can afford them and will absolutely be buying more from them.

The cordless blinds that we purchased from SelectBlinds broke six months outside of the three year warranty. I reached out to SelectBlinds on their online chat and asked if there was anything they could do to persuade us to purchase another set of blinds from SelectBlinds. Anastasia asked me to submit a warranty claim and said that she would be able to help. I submitted the claim and a few weeks later a new set of blinds showed up at no cost to me! Phenomenal customer service!
