Return Policy

At Select Blinds Canada, we want to ensure that each and every one of our customers is completely satisfied, and we back this commitment with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of your window coverings, simply let us know within 30 days from the time you receive your order, and we’ll do everything possible to make it right. And if you aren’t fully satisfied, we’ll provide you with a merchandise credit to be used on any other blinds of your choice.

In order to qualify, the original blinds need to be donated to a registered charity, with a copy of the donation receipt provided to Select Blinds Canada. Note that in certain rare cases (e.g. high value motorized blinds), we may require the original blinds be returned to Select Blinds Canada. Please contact Customer Service before donating any product.

Pricing Policy

Select Blinds Canada strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our website. Due to human error and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, Select Blinds Canada shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. 

Free Shipping

Shipping is FREE to all areas in Canada for blinds under 94" wide (verticals under 94” long), wherever shipping by land is available. A one-time oversize charge of $85 applies to all orders with one or more blinds 94" wide (verticals 94” long) or more. If it is not possible to ship to your location by land, you will be advised of the shipping cost before your order is shipped. We ship to Canada only. 

Order Processing Fee

Select Blinds Canada has adopted an industry standard order processing fee ranging from $7.95-$22.95 depending on the number of blinds and the value of the order. By adopting this fee, it allows us to keep our prices low and continue offering FREE shipping to Canada on all products. 

Terms And Conditions

1. You should assume that everything you see or read on the site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided in these terms and conditions or in the text on the site without the written permission of Select Blinds Canada.

Select Blinds Canada assumes no liability, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the site. 

3. Any communication you transmit to the site by e-mail or other methods, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions or the like is, and will be treated as, nonproprietary, unless otherwise specifically indicated. Anything you transmit becomes the property of Select Blinds Canada and may be used for any purpose including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission , posting or general public information.

Subject to our Privacy Statement, all information submitted via this site shall be deemed and remain the property of Select Blinds Canada and its affiliates, we and our affiliates shall be free to use, for any purpose, any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information a visitor to this site provides through this site. Select Blinds Canada and its affiliates shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding submitted information except as agreed by the entity having the direct customer relationship or as otherwise specifically agreed or required by law.

Although Select Blinds Canada, from time to time, monitors or reviews postings, transmissions, and the like on the site, Select Blinds Canada is under no obligation to do so and assumes no liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on the site. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Select Blinds Canada will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Select Blinds Canada to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials. 

Order Changes and Cancelations

We will do everything we can to help you with any changes to your order. We send your order directly to the manufacturer to ensure prompt production and delivery of your blinds. Most orders may be changed within the first 24 hours for no additional fees, however certain items instantly go into production and may incur a fee to change. All changes and cancellations must be done via phone. 

Phone Orders

To make sure that any order placed by phone is accurate, customers are required to verify their orders via the e-mail order confirmation which will be sent to you by Select Blinds Canada. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is only valid for phone orders that have in fact been verified by the customer. You should contact Select Blinds Canada if for any reason you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail so that we can resend. 

Damaged/Lost Shipments

All damaged or lost shipments must be reported to our Customer Care Team within 7 business days of tracking number order delivery. We reserve the right to request documentation showing the defects/damage of the delivery. Select Blinds Canada will replace the exact same product at no charge to you.
